Frequently Asked Questions

How do I start using the service?

Use the simple form to sign up online; we’ll then contact you to get you set up on the system. Alternatively you can call us and we can complete the sign up process over the telephone.

How do I send you my paperwork/data?

We ask that you send your paperwork/data to us once a month via recorded delivery or email. Alternatively you may email scanned copies of documents. We also accept email data backups.

How do I pay my fees?

We ask that you pay your initial fee via bank transfer. Subsequent monthly payments must be made by standing order or direct debit. We ask that you pay your initial set up fee and first month/s fee before we commence work.

Do I have to wait for my financial year end before signing up?

No not at all! All you need to do is send us all of your information and we will bring your accounts up to date. If you join us during your financial year we will complete the first 3 months free of charge. Any months elapsed since your last year end in addition to this will be charged at your agreed fixed monthly fee charge, which will be agreed and invoiced in advance.

How do I change my accountant?

This is a very simple process. You give us authority to speak with your existing Accountant. We will write a professional courtesy letter to your accountant requesting that they to transfer all of your details, accounting records and any other relevant paperwork to us.

What are your office hours?

8am-8pm Monday to Friday & 8am -12pm Saturday.

What areas do you cover?

We work locally and online, therefore we are able to cover all areas of the UK.

Am I tied into a contract?

We do not tie you into a contract… we’re confident you will be happy with the service you offer however if you do wish to leave us we ask that you give us 30 days notice of your intention to cancel.

Can I be sure my data is secure?

All of the software we use is secure and automatically backed up online. We also back up your data regularly and store in a secure off site location.

What if I need help?

We’re always on hand to help whether it’s an accounting/tax problem or a query with the software. We don’t leave you alone to figure it out.

How do I know you are trust worthy?

We are a HMRC registered agent and are supervised under UK money Laundering regulations. We are also fully insured to offer professional accountancy and tax services. We have numerous clients who are happy to vouch for us.
